Give me back my bear!

I was going to write a high-minded piece about social cohesion and the after-effects of Hurricane Sandy. Then I saw this on 44th and 10th and decided no, this was more my thing. I’m not going to be mean about this, I’m just going to say it provides a subtle commentary on Manhattan life on a whole series of levels. Hope you get the bear back, Emily!
