Manhattan, She Wrote

I stumbled across spontaneous poet Abigail Mott in the subway at 14th street, on my way out to dinner. She asked me a few questions about my life in Manhattan – then tapped out a reflective poem on her trusty typewriter – all in a matter of minutes. Turns out she got the instant poetry concept from a guy in San Francisco (who also gave her the typewriter!). What do you make of the poem?
